The client is a full-service transportation provider offering domestic logistics solutions. The service portfolio includes asset-based as well as brokerage full truckload, dry and refrigerated along with flatbed catering to a diverse range of shipping needs, with 10 logistics offices, 100+ tractors, 140+ trailers nationwide. The Business Development Rep will drive new business growth and expand the market share in the freight brokerage sector. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales and business opportunities, while continuously promoting and developing our brokerage service in line with our commitment to delivering unparalleled supply chain excellence. You will focus on building relationships with new customers, driving revenue through business acquisition, and developing a robust sales pipeline targeting mid-market and blue-chip clients. By leveraging your expertise in transportation and logistics, you will play a critical role in driving our success and market presence in the competitive freight brokerage industry. Required Experience:

Sales experience in Freight Brokerage / Third Party Logistics (2+ years) Modes of transportation (FTL, LTL, flatbed, intermodal) Demonstrated success in developing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience presenting to customers over the phone, virtually, and in person.

Preferred Experience: Proficient computer skills using web-based tools, along with internal data entry system Strong in time management and organizational skills, and able to handle multiple tasks at a time Education: Bachelors degree in business, logistics, or related field

Relevant Skills: Hunter mentality Excellent communication (verbal and written) Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Strong presentation skills Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team

Compensation Package: Base Salary: $50,000 to $75,000 Incentive: 10% of gross margin at dollar 1 (no threshold) Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Vacation, 401K Seniority level
