Summary This TEMP Senior Analyst - Billings and Administration position will be responsible for processing AR/AP invoices for Freight Forwarding. Duties include, but are not limited to: data entry, record keeping, monitoring AR/AP, participating in month-end closing, and preparing audits and variance reports. Compensation 3-6 months; $27.00/Hour (With opportunity for TEMP to PERM Conversion) Responsibilities Review the tracker's from each Specialist (Amounts, vendor's code, date, etc) to process into SAP

Prepare AP/AR upload file for preparation to post the system(SAP) Ensure all charges are billed correctly including: A/R, A/P, Detention, Demurrage, Additional charges, etc on billing summary Post all manual AR/AP data entry into the operation system (SAP) Coordinate the collection of inbound PO numbers to support timely and accurate month-end closing activities Assist in extracting and consolidating data from the LOTS system for use in ad-hoc analyses, aging reports, and month-end closing preparations Update the Detention Master File with newly approved entries received from the Operations team, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with current approvals Manage and report any accessories charge due to operation issues Make sure to keep all records related to AR/AP entries Post credit memo's and reversed invoices and keeping all the records Updating the Billing Summary and checking all the data is correct Maintain all monthly billing summary and keep all record correct on summary for billing to HT Prepare, review, and audit all data entry (rates, GL code, Freight code, etc.) for month-end closing Prepare month-end report including Journal Entry preparation Analyze some P&L account reconciliation

Prepare and generate all manual AR invoices that need to be send to HT

Manage/update the vendor/customer code file Make sure to have all current accounts info for customers and vendors Creating reports (LTL, BX, Ocean, ST and WH summary for month-end preparation) Audit the accounting file for dedicated program carriers• Assisting manager and team members on any projects as needed Other duties as assigned
