Summary The Administrator - Planning & Strategy will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day Procurement operations of the Freight Forwarding business at GLOVIS America, Inc. They will act as a trusted partner in providing support to the head of the Corporate Planning & Analysis team by designing, gathering, analyzing, and maintaining reports to monitor GLOVIS' affiliate companies and Freight Forwarding business. Additionally, the individual in this position will support the execution and management of the entire audit cycle to improve operations' efficiency, financial stability, and complianceswith all relevant rules and regulations. This position will also be responsible for conducting all our equipments inspections and enforce adherence to laws and regulations governing the safety of individuals and truckers and protection of the environment. Responsibilities Primary
Support the execution and management of the entire audit cycle to improve operations' efficiency, financial stability, and compliance with all relevant rules and regulations Be responsible for conducting all our equipments inspections and enforce adherence to laws and regulations governing the safety of individuals and truckers and protection of the environment To validate and check the M&R charges from vendors Keep tracking and record and usage history keeping of our asset such as chassis Maintains a system of controls over asset transactions Prepare and provide reports and information to customers, SCM operations, accounting AR/AP and others as needed Support the organization as needed and support management requests for information and analyses and prepare regular reporting Prepare and review all AR/AP Support and review the process for new demand: requirements definition, bidder identification, critical timelines Coordinate and advise on overall supplier performance and fidelity of supplier scorecards Review new and existing supplier contracts, ensure on-going and future feasibility

Attending meetings, analyzing data, reviewing documents, preparing working papers, developing and documenting findings and recommendations Use of problem solving to obtain relevant data and information including dealing with ambiguity and exercising judgment / professional skepticism Making corporate policy assessments
