The Station Manager will lead team talent development, oversee financial performance, ensure service delivery, maintain client retention, drive new business growth, and uphold operational excellence, all with a client-centric approach. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all station-level activities related to: Operations & Processes People Client Service Talent Development Culture Demonstrate dynamic leadership, proactive decision-making, and results-driven management. Possess functional expertise in air/ocean logistics and supply chain management. Delegate tasks effectively to empower and develop staff, fostering a rewarding work environment and succession planning. Monitor new customer implementations to meet KPIs, seek cost efficiencies, and improve processes across functions. Stay informed about industry markets, trends, and challenges. Ensure a safe work environment compliant with regulations. Oversee expansion and product/service development activities

Identify opportunities and risks impacting the business Ensure effective, process-oriented customer service delivering consistent quality Lead through change and support business growth initiatives Qualifications and Characteristics

BA/BS preferred; minimum of 5 years supervising teams; at least 8 years in logistics/freight forwarding industry Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentations) Proven leadership in driving KPIs, employee engagement, team building; capable of coaching and mentoring staff Ability to independently develop station solutions Knowledge of Cargo Wise or Silver Bullet systems preferred; EDI capabilities a plus Seniority level
