Senior Benefits Analyst
will manage the administration of employee health, welfare, and retirement benefits across multiple states, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Administer health insurance, life insurance, COBRA, EAP, and voluntary benefits, including issue resolution, payroll deductions, and audits. Oversee retirement and pension plans, coordinating with vendors for accurate payments. Support annual processes like open enrollment, compensation statements, and compliance audits (ACA, 401k, nondiscrimination testing). Maintain benefits records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and IRS reporting (Forms 1094/1095). Assist with leave program management and process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred ; high school diploma required. 5+ years' experience
of benefits administration. Strong knowledge of employee benefits, compliance laws (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, etc.), and HR systems. Proficiency in
MS Excel
