Entry-Level Attorney
to join our growing
Labor and Employment Law
practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a new attorney eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment and make a meaningful difference for employees facing workplace challenges. Key Responsibilities Assist in representing employees in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda Participate in client meetings, depositions, and court appearances under senior attorney supervision Support trial preparation and, when appropriate, contribute to trial or settlement proceedings Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented, in-office setting Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar (or eligibility for admission) 2-3 years of experience in employment law preferred Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $125,000 – $175,000 annually, commensurate with experience Bonuses: Additional compensation potential based on case outcomes (e.g., favorable settlements or verdicts) Paid time off and holidays Health insurance (or stipend) Opportunities for professional development and mentorship How to Apply Please submit your resume, cover letter, writing sample, and references to hector@missionrecruting.com.
