Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Pride Motor Group is a busy dealership group on the Lynnway in Lynn, MA. We seek motivated individuals with a positive attitude and strong customer service commitment to join our Sales Team and elevate our dealership. Responsibilities include managing email leads, texts, calls, and providing potential customers with information about our vehicles.
Essential Job Functions:
Download and follow up on dealership manifest and opportunities lists.
Answer inbound calls from sales, service, parts, and body shop profit centers.
Make outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
Follow up on CSI calls.
Reschedule no-shows.
Advise customers on parts, appointments, and recalls.
Contact service drive customers for test drives.
Job Requirements:
Positive mental attitude
Excellent communication skills
Prior BDC experience preferred
Strong product knowledge
Honest and trustworthy
Effective time management
Training available for the right candidate
