Responsibilities

  • Managing 20+ conference rooms; includes troubleshooting last-minute conflicts, in-person and virtual meeting set-ups, and tidying space after meetings conclude.
  • Enters office visitors into security; greets visitors and manages their time throughout the office; includes providing refreshments, directions, and ad-hoc assistance.
  • Creates FedEx labels and organizes messenger services, and works alongside Facilities team to log and distribute packages.
  • Answers phones; directs requests to appropriate party.
  • Provides coverage to assistants when they are out of office and maintains expense reports and travel bookings for junior Investment Professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Professional demeanor: ability to maintain composure at all times.
  • Team-player; works well alongside other members of the team.
  • Willingness to provide assistance on ad-hoc projects as they arise.

Salary Range
$50,000-$55,000
