Position Summary

Operations Lab Repairs and Maintenance Unit is seeking a College Aide to assist with office duties. This is a

part-time position

- 25 hours/week, suitable for

Freshman-Sophomore

students. Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited To

Enter data into the Facility Service Request maintain system. Update and file records and documentation. Verify data/documentation for accuracy. Provide office support including typing, data entry, copying, faxing, filing, and emails, preparing correspondence. Answer phone calls and relay messages. Distribute inter-office mail. Assist with various projects upon request. Perform related duties as directed. Why You Should Work For Us

Minimum Qualifications

Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school, with employment conditioned upon ongoing student status. For IT-specific roles, enrollment in relevant courses with at least 9 semester credits. Additional Information

Maximum tenure: 6 years across all levels. Employment limited to part-time during academic sessions; full-time during vacations. Open to qualified persons with disabilities via the 55-a Program. Residency in NYC generally required within 90 days of appointment. Salary range: $17.00 – $21.40 per hour.
