Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Hybrid Schedule
The firm is a $30B+ true alternative asset manager with strategies including Private Equity, Credit, and Real Estate with a 30-year track record.
Due to growth, the firm is currently recruiting a Senior Fund Accountant to report directly into their CFO in a dynamic position that will encompass all aspects of fund accounting on their private equity portfolio. Further, the expectation is that this role would eventually evolve to cover a variety of asset classes. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a world class firm and get exposure to very complex/exciting deals.
Responsibilities
Perform the accounting and reporting functions for the firms funds and managed accounts.
Be a key member helping out with the month, quarter, and year-end close process
Help with capital calls, distributions, and reconciliations
Work with the fund administrators
Audit/tax support
Compliance reporting
Respond to investor requests and special projects as they arise
Various other analyses/reporting with respect to the investments and operations of the Funds and managed accounts.
Qualifications
2-4 years fund accounting, public accounting, or related industry experience within financial services
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
CPA preferred but not required
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
