$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr , based on skills and experience. The role involves overseeing project cost analysis, maintaining fixed asset records, and supporting financial reporting, requiring strong leadership, NetSuite expertise, and advanced Excel skills. Key Responsibilities
Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and GAAP compliance. Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Consolidate foreign subsidiary financials into NetSuite and ensure accurate reporting. Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and company policies. Analyze project cost data against quotes, ensuring proper cost allocation. Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset ledger, including tracking asset acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation. Supervise and mentor accounting team members, fostering professional growth. Qualifications
Bachelors, Masters, or advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA preferred. At least 3 years of public accounting experience. Experience as an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant with NetSuite proficiency. Strong understanding of GAAP, advanced Excel skills, and financial analysis abilities. Leadership, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. Additional Details
