The role involves overseeing project cost analysis, maintaining fixed asset records, and supporting financial reporting, requiring strong leadership, NetSuite expertise, and advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Consolidate foreign subsidiary financials into NetSuite and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and company policies.
• Analyze project cost data against quotes, ensuring proper cost allocation.
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset ledger, including tracking asset acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members, fostering professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• At least 3 years of public accounting experience.
• Experience as an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant with NetSuite proficiency.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, advanced Excel skills, and financial analysis abilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
