Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of security controls for AI systems, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, across various deployment models (MaaS, IaaS, SaaS). Manage a team of researchers and engineers to deliver proofs-of-concept that validate the effectiveness of AI security controls. Oversee the documentation and dissemination of AI security requirements to internal security teams and other relevant stakeholders. Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, risk, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and integration of AI security controls. Establish and maintain a continuous assessment pipeline to evaluate the efficacy of implemented controls and adapt them to emerging threats. Represent the program in internal forums and contribute to firm-wide knowledge sharing on AI security best practices. Qualifications
Minimum five years of recent experience in cybersecurity; minimum one year of recent experience in AI/ML security or adjacent domains. Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity or related field is preferred; Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or ISACA AAISM are preferred. Practical experience with AI deployment platforms and security tooling such as model sandboxing and adversarial testing; prior experience in Big Four, financial services, or high-risk environments; experience with GenAI security assessments, model evaluation pipelines, and threat modeling; familiarity with regulatory and ethical AI considerations (e.g., EU AI Act, Responsible AI principles). Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in complex technical environments. Deep understanding of AI system architectures, including foundation models, open-source models, and self-trained models; strong knowledge of AI security frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, SAIF, and OWASP. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Additional Information
