seeks a Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Lead Developer to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. Required/Desired Skills & Experience: Experience working in a Microsoft GCC tenant. Extensive experience with model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Knowledge of Virginia IT policies, governance, and enterprise architecture standards. Experience with solution management, environment variables, and reusable components. Previous work with Virginia state agencies. Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service, or Sales modules. Proficiency with custom connectors, Azure Functions, and API integrations. Knowledge of role-based security in Power Platform and D365. Experience with data migration tools. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. Assist in requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and support of D365 and Power Platform solutions. Serve as the primary contact and SME for D365 development issues. Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Apps development. Experience in customizing and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Understanding of Microsoft's licensing for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Follow best practices and standards in platform implementation and governance. Develop and share documentation on platform usage. Prepare prototypes based on requirements and Power Platform features.
