Types of Users

• "You" refers to any individual accessing the Websites, either personally or on behalf of an entity.
• A "Client" is any user who posts job advertisements, uses the resume database, purchases services, or otherwise uses the site for recruitment purposes.
• A "Job Seeker" is a user who registers to receive job alerts, uploads a resume, or applies to job postings.
• If you use FindRoles.com on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Intellectual Property

A. Ownership; License

All content on the Websites is owned by FindRoles or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes text, graphics, logos, software, audio, video, and other materials.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without written permission. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FindRoles grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:

• View and interact with the Websites
• Create a personal, non-commercial user profile
• Embed certain content on your personal, non-commercial site
• Download limited content for personal use (provided you maintain all copyright and proprietary notices)

B. User Uploaded Information

Paid Services

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, automatic renewals, and cancellation policies are available in the user dashboard or at the point of subscription. You agree to pay any applicable taxes and late fees that may be incurred. Subscriptions may be terminated for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

Job Seekers

By submitting your resume or applying for jobs, you agree that:

• Your resume may be shared with employers, recruiters, or third-party distribution partners
• Your information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• We may contact you with job alerts and related services
• You are responsible for ensuring your resume and application materials are accurate and up-to-date

Employers and Recruiters

You agree to use the Websites only to post legitimate job opportunities. You will not post false, discriminatory, illegal, or misleading job listings. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable employment, data privacy, and advertising laws.

We reserve the right to remove any content, including job postings, at our discretion.

Resume Database Access

Clients accessing the resume database agree not to misuse personal data or share access with unauthorized users. You must respect the privacy choices of Job Seekers and comply with applicable data privacy laws. Resume access is subject to limits and cannot be used for promotional or non-employment-related purposes.

Third Party Links and Content

The Websites may contain links to third-party sites. FindRoles is not responsible for the content, services, or privacy practices of its users. Your interactions with such third parties are solely between you and them.

Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

The Websites and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindRoles disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

FindRoles shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Websites or Services.

Termination

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FindRoles regarding your use of the Websites and Services.
