This essential role offers the opportunity to provide support across a range of services, including Concierge, Conference & Meeting Room Management, Catering Coordination, Visitor Office Set-Up, Lounge & Facility Management, and more. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff. As the face of the office, you’ll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and creating a professional, friendly environment. Be the First Point of Contact:
Greet visitors, clients, attorneys, and staff warmly and professionally, reflecting our firm’s values. Manage Office Logistics:
Oversee conference room bookings, furniture resets, catering, and visitor setups for seamless meetings and events. Multitask Effectively:
Handle multi-line phones, conference room reservations, guest access, and stay aware of all office activities. Provide Support:
Assist with parking validations, Wi-Fi access, supplies, and respond promptly to maintenance requests. Assist with Special Projects:
Support office management with administrative duties, event planning, or other projects. Ensure Safety & Security:
Follow security procedures, monitor building access, and respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently. What We’re Looking For:
