Overview

HR Administrator – Employee Records & Data Management (UKG). This role focuses on accuracy, confidentiality, and supporting HR operations using UKG.

What You’ll Do

  • Update and maintain employee personnel files in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Process documentation for onboarding, offboarding, salary changes, and personal information updates.
  • Handle all employee data with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
  • Use UKG HR Service Delivery tools for document workflows, version control, and secure storage.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, managers, and employees to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Support audits and compliance checks by ensuring records are complete and accessible.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of HR administration or employee records management experience.
  • Proficiency with UKG, ADP, Workday, or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Salary

Salary: $23- $28 per hour
