Job Description
- Provide HR support across all teams
- Assist in recruiting
- Assist with benefits administration
- Manage onboarding process
- Prepare orientation materials and conduct trainings sessions
- Help organize employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Maintain HRIS database (ADP) and assist in generating reports
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide payroll support
- Ensure compliance to labor laws / regulations and company policies
- Self sufficiency
- Skilled at conflict resolution
- High discretion and ethics
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Training and Development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Team player - able to communicate and relate well with others
- 2-5 years minimum work experience
- Minimum Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
- Certification Required:
- SHRM-CP or PHR
- Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional lifting of office supplies or equipment up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to move around the office for daily tasks and meetings
