What You’ll Do
- Oversee and mentor a team handling AP/AR, collections, and day-to-day transactions
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close to ensure GAAP compliance
- Prepare accurate financials, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Handle tax filings (sales, use, property) and compliance reporting
- Maintain banking and lender relationships, monitor cash flow, and support audits
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or Master’s a plus)
- 3–5+ years in a management role within accounting/finance
- Strong technical GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
- Experience in retail, multi-location operations, or similar high-volume environments preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
