What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and mentor a team handling AP/AR, collections, and day-to-day transactions
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close to ensure GAAP compliance
  • Prepare accurate financials, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Handle tax filings (sales, use, property) and compliance reporting
  • Maintain banking and lender relationships, monitor cash flow, and support audits
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or Master’s a plus)
  • 3–5+ years in a management role within accounting/finance
  • Strong technical GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in retail, multi-location operations, or similar high-volume environments preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
