Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team in Oklahoma City's vibrant Plaza District. This position offers the opportunity to work independently in your own private office while supporting our legal team with essential administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phone system and provide professional client communication
  • Schedule and coordinate client consultations for attorneys
  • Prepare and distribute fee agreements to new clients
  • Conduct thorough conflict of interest checks using legal databases
  • Perform accurate data entry for case files, client information, and legal documents
  • Maintain organized filing systems and case management records
  • Assist with general office administration as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous legal or professional office experience preferred
  • Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and attorneys
  • Experience with Slack, Gmail, LawPay, and MyCase software is a plus
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn additional legal software systems
  • Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus

Salary

Salary Expectations: $18.00-$22.00 per hour DOE
