Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Albany, NY. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a positive customer experience on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
