The Product Specialist will play a key role in Salesforce.com implementations, driving Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud projects. The role requires extensive experience in CRM Roadmap planning, solution design, stakeholder management, and implementation oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, with expertise in Salesforce.com and Health Cloud, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or contribute significantly to at least 4-5 Salesforce.com implementations (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud), each lasting a minimum of 6 months. Provide architectural oversight and strategic guidance for CRM Roadmap planning and Salesforce solutions. Work with SFDC objects, configuration, and administration essentials. Engage with business stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions. Prepare requirement artifacts such as BRD/user stories, SRS (functional requirements), gap analysis documents, use cases, and solution design documentation. Design and document Salesforce solutions for Sales, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Force.com based on business requirements. Build prototype configurations in Salesforce as part of the design phase. Coordinate with development, configuration, and testing teams during build and deployment phases. Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to clarify questions and requirements. Conduct end-to-end requirements-gathering and design-brainstorming sessions with business teams. Manage onsite-offshore coordination and participate in early-morning or late-evening calls as needed. Establish strong relationships with key project sponsors and enterprise architecture teams at client sites. Required Qualifications
At least 12 years of IT industry experience, with a minimum of 7 years in Salesforce.com and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (minimum 1-2 implementations). Strong experience in solution design, technical design, and documentation for Salesforce implementations. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to capture business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Hands-on experience in preparing business requirements documentation, functional requirements, and solution designs. Experience in interacting with global business teams and users. Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to present information effectively. Experience coordinating between IT and business teams for project success. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is a huge plus. Experience in Salesforce code optimization and re-engineering is beneficial. Exposure to late-evening or early-morning collaboration with offshore teams. Location:
