Must Haves:
Candidate must have hands-on experience working across multiple Salesforce programs simultaneously. Must have experience working hand-in-hand with multiple program teams, enterprise architects, and business leaders in a large-scale enterprise environment. Extensive Healthcare Payer Sales stream experience is a must. Extensive experience in BSA/Product Owner/Product Manager roles is a must. Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Analyst capable of clear Solution Design in Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud. Must have driven or played an integral role in a minimum of 4-5 different Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Salesforce.com implementations, each lasting not less than 6 months. Total IT industry experience of at least 8 years, with at least 5 years in Salesforce.com and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud. Experience in CRM Roadmap planning and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud / Salesforce / Force.com Implementation / Architectural oversight required. Experience working with SFDC objects, configuration, and administration essentials. Must have worked in a minimum of 1-2 Health Cloud implementations. Experience and domain knowledge in Healthcare payer business is a huge plus. Experience in Financial Services Cloud is a huge plus. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to capture requirements from business users related to implementation of SFDC Service/Sales/Experience Cloud/Chatter or development of Custom-applications on Force.com platform. Strong hands-on experience in preparing Requirement artifacts like BRD, SRS (Functional requirements), Gap analysis documents, Use-cases, and Solution Design documentation. Very good experience in Designing solutions in Sales/Service Cloud / SFDC / Force.com based on a BRD and producing a Solution Design / Technical Design Document. Ability to build prototype configurations in Sales/Service/Experience Cloud / SFDC / Force.com / CHATTER as part of the Design phase. Apex/Visualforce knowledge is nice to have but not mandatory, provided strong experience in Solution Design/Technical Design. Knowledge and experience in Salesforce.com CODE-level re-engineering / Code optimization is good-to-have. Reasonable hands-on knowledge in Apex/Visualforce/Javascript frameworks/HTML5/Web-Services required. Experience interacting with Business teams and Users across different geographies and running end-to-end Requirements-gathering and Design-brainstorming sessions. Good communication and analytical skills are a must; ability to grasp user requirements quickly and present information effectively during design/prototype reviews/JAD sessions. Experience in Onsite-Offshore coordination, including coordination with Development, Configuration, and Testing teams during build and deployment phases. Ability to liaison between IT and business teams to clarify questions and requirements. Willingness to participate in late-evening and/or early-morning calls with Offshore development/configuration/testing teams. Experienced Consultant role requiring daily interaction with Business and IT teams. Responsible for winning the confidence of the main Project Sponsor (VP/Executive Director level) and the Enterprise Architecture team at the client-site
