Salesforce Product Owner (Healthcare payer, sales stream) Lead II – Enterprise Solutions

Role Description UST is looking for a Salesforce BSA. This is a Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Analyst who can do very good and clear Solution Design in Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.

The Opportunity

Performs primary and secondary research; executes and tracks the product/platform strategy

Ensures clear and unambiguous translation of Product Value Roadmap of deliverables to enable the product team to complete work

Ensures adherence to the Product Value Roadmap set by Product Managers and Product Leadership

Drafts user stories and ensures they are clearly understood by the cross functional product teams

Ensures Product requirements are gathered and prioritized

Ensures commitment to and tracking of clear Product Metrics, under guidance from Managers

Drives the execution of product development in collaboration with Product Team members comprised of Product Design, Technology & Data Science

Tracks/drives Product Metrics and success goals under the guidance from Managers

Adherence to modern product management practises and standards; providing periodic status updates

What You Need

As a Sales/Service/Experience Cloud SFDC Consultant, the person should have driven or played an integral role in a minimum of 4–5 different Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Salesforce.com implementations, of not less than 6 months each.

Total IT industry experience of at least 8 years, with at least 5 of those in Salesforce.com and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud. Projects experience with specific reference to CRM Roadmap planning and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud / Salesforce / Force.com Implementation / Architectural oversight will be necessary.

Should have experience working with SFDC objects, configuration, and administration essentials.

Must have worked in minimum of 1–2 Health Cloud implementations

Experience and domain knowledge in Healthcare payer business is a huge plus

Experience in Financial Services cloud is a huge plus

Must have strong interpersonal/ stakeholder management skills

Ability to capture requirements from business users – requirements may pertain to implementation of SFDC Service/Sales/Experience Cloud/Chatter or may pertain to development of pure‑play Custom‑applications on the Force.com platform.

Knowledge of Requirements Analysis and Management processes: Very strong hands‑on experience and high degree of comfort in preparing requirement artifacts like BRD, SRS (Functional requirements), Gap analysis documents/Use‑cases, and Solution Design documentation.

Important: Very good experience in designing solutions in Sales/Service Cloud /SFDC/Force.com based on a BRD and churning out a Solution Design / Technical Design Document.

Also need to be able to build prototype configurations in Sales/Service/Experience Cloud /SFDC/Force.com/CHATTER as part of Design phase.

Apex/Visualforce knowledge will be nice to have, but not mandatory, as long as the person has very good experience in doing Solution Design/Technical Design.

Knowledge of, and experience in Salesforce.com CODE‑level re‑engineering / Code optimization will also be good‑to‑have. Some reasonable hands‑on knowledge in Apex/Visualforce/Javascript frameworks/HTML5/Web‑Services will be needed.

Experience in interacting with Business teams and Users across different geographies, and in running end‑to‑end Requirements‑gathering and Design‑brainstorming sessions.

Good communication and analytical skills are a Must – the person should be able to grasp user requirements quickly and also be able to present information to users effectively during design / prototype reviews / JAD sessions.

Compensation Remote – $94,000 – $141,000

Benefits Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
