X Technologies is seeking a DCO Cyber Instructor/Developer with experience in cyber-related duties, including command line interface across various operating systems, host/network analysis, forensic analysis, scripting languages, terrain mapping, network fundamentals, and familiarity with cyberspace defense actions supporting USCYBERCOM for the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS) at Hurlburt Field, FL. Responsibilities
Support course planning, development, and curriculum creation in accordance with applicable standards and directives. Develop and audit courseware, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Utilize instructional design models like ADDIE and Bloom's taxonomy for course development. Collaborate with external agencies and SMEs to incorporate new information into courses. Operate LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Question Mark) for course management and testing. Conduct curriculum quality assurance audits and update course materials. Develop lesson plans, instructor notes, and student materials within specified timeframes. Create e-learning content and virtual training environments. Perform records management and provide courseware documentation support. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a STEM field. At least 5 years of cyber-related experience and qualifications. Expeditionary/tactical communications experience or equivalent. IAT/M Level III certification. 200+ instructor hours or CCAF ISD Certification. Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS; must have or acquire a current passport within 60 days. Top Secret/SAP clearance.
