Overview
Seeking a Desktop Support Technician with 1–3 years of IT support experience to provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for Windows 10/11 environments. You’ll provision and configure laptops, printers, and peripherals, manage support tickets, and deliver excellent customer service to end users.
Base pay range $28.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware/software issues (Windows 10/11).
Provision and configure laptops, printers, and peripherals for new hires.
Manage support requests in a ticketing system (ServiceNow experience a plus).
Deliver empathetic, patient, and service-oriented support to end users.
Work independently and maintain focus during lab-based tasks.
Document solutions and contribute to IT knowledge base.
Requirements
1–3 years of desktop or IT support experience.
Experience with Windows 10/11.
Basic knowledge of desktop hardware/software troubleshooting.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
ServiceNow experience is a plus.
Compensation $28/hr to $30/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
