Sr. Manager, Cybersecurity Job at Oxenham Group in Neenah

Our client is looking for a Senior Manager - Cybersecurity to lead their global security strategy and strengthen defenses across cloud, data, and enterprise systems. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a high-performing security team, own the cybersecurity tool roadmap, and ensure the organization stays ahead of evolving threats.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of security engineers and analysts.
• Oversee enterprise security architecture, identity and access, data protection, and endpoint security.
• Manage the vulnerability management lifecycle from assessment to remediation.
• Own and evolve the cybersecurity toolset (SIEM, EDR, CSPM, DLP, etc.).
• Direct the full incident response lifecycle and keep the organization "response ready."
• Partner with business leaders to align security with innovation and growth.
• Ensure compliance with frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and CMMC.

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience (or 5+ with a Master's), including prior management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
• Proven success securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) at scale.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to all audiences.
• Experience building security roadmaps and driving continuous improvement.
• Bonus: Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or Security+.
