System Administrator I
for a
future funded role
to provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. This includes managing IT system infrastructure and related processes, providing day-to-day support for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices, and handling Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. The role also involves status communication to agency management and internal customers, dispatch system support, and ensuring system reliability and performance through OS and network configurations. Position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required. Responsibilities
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems Assist users in accessing and using IT systems Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices Support escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers Support the dispatch system and hardware problems and participate in the resolution process Configure and manage Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems; install/load operating system software; troubleshoot; maintain integrity; and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in a technical discipline and three (3) years of system administration experience, or eight (8) years of experience in lieu of degree Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offers consider factors including contracted rates, education, certifications, experience, competencies required for the position, and geographic location. Vibrint\'s compensation package includes: competitive salary, annual merit-based increase and discretionary bonus program, 401(k) with company contribution, 11 paid federal holidays, 160 hours of paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life and disability insurance, employee assistance program, and professional development allowance.
