Interview Process & Logistics
Process: 1 interview round. Format: In-person interview is preferred. Timeline: Estimated start date of October 13, 2025. Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8–10 years of progressive, hands-on experience in IT networking and/or facility operations. Technical Skills (Required)
Networking: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks. TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VPN (IPSec/SSL), SD-WAN. Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC (802.1X), RADIUS/TACACS+. Physical: Experience with racking, cabling, and hardware installation in data center environments. Tools: Network monitoring (e.g., SolarWinds), packet analysis (e.g., Wireshark), ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow). Technical Skills (Desired)
Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, CISSP, AWS/Azure Networking, PMP. Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP networking and hybrid-cloud connectivity. Automation: Python, Ansible, Terraform for network automation tasks. Virtualization: Virtual networking (NSX, AWS VPC), load balancers (F5). Key Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure. Perform hands-on physical work, including racking, cabling, and hardware installation. Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from planning to execution and reporting. Coordinate with and hold third-party vendors accountable for deliverables and SLAs. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues. Create and maintain accurate network documentation and provide monthly project reports. Soft Skills
Extremely self-motivated and proactive; a true self-starter. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and project leadership skills. Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
