Job Details Job Location : 000--Campus Services - Lawrenceville, GA Position Type : Full Time Salary Range : Undisclosed Job Shift : Day Description The Growth Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns to expand 12Stone Church’s reach and engagement. This role blends data analysis, creative strategy, and emerging technology to drive measurable growth. The manager is responsible for campaign planning, audience segmentation, performance tracking, and the creation of scalable marketing systems and SOPs that support ministry initiatives and long-term growth.
Qualifications
Growth Campaign Development & Execution
Develop multi-channel campaigns targeting specific audience segments (e.g., young families, new movers, Gen Z, unchurched seekers)
Launch and manage campaigns across digital (Google, Meta, YouTube, email, SMS) and physical platforms (direct mail, signage, events)
Plan, execute, and optimize A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion
Manage the marketing calendar for growth campaigns tied to major ministry initiatives
Insights, Optimization & Innovation
Build and manage dashboards and reports showing campaign performance and ROI
Interpret campaign data to refine strategies and adjust campaigns in real time
Deliver clear, actionable campaign reporting to inform leadership decision
Conduct market research and audience segmentation to better target communications
Map the full guest journey from initial engagement through assimilation into ministry life
Use CRM and content/church management systems (CMS/ChMS) to track and improve segmented engagement
Stay current on emerging AI trends, platforms, and marketing tools
Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) for content generation, automation, and audience insight
Implement AI-driven strategies to improve campaign speed, targeting, and personalization
Systems, Collaboration & Cross-Team Alignment
Build, document, and visualize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring marketing functions and campaigns
Ensure SOPs are measurable, repeatable, and scalable across ministry areas.
Create systems that improve team efficiency and empower ministry leaders to participate in campaign execution
Partner closely with internal teammates: project manager, content creator, digital media specialist, and communications manager
Collaborate with ministry leaders to align campaigns with their growth goals
Work with external vendors and digital platforms to support paid media buys and campaign delivery
Required Skills and Experience:
Traditional Growth Marketing Competencies
Deep knowledge of digital acquisition strategies (paid search, paid social, SEO, email/SMS, retargeting).
Strong reporting skills using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
Experience in funnel building, lead generation, and lifecycle marketing.
Familiarity with campaign testing, optimization, and budget management.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Church/Ministry Specific Competencies
Understanding of church culture and sensitivity to ministry tone and voice.
Passion for helping people take spiritual next steps.
Ability to translate secular marketing best practices into ministry growth strategies.

Experience:
College Degree preferred
Experience in a volunteer development culture
One to three years experience in ministry or church vocational work is preferred
Experience in organizing multiple projects and events
