SCC seeks a Part-time and Temporary Theatre Production Assistant (Back of House) to perform duties related to the operation of the theatre and technical areas on campus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating the usage of theatre facilities by internal and external groups.
• Support technical aspects of campus performances, conferences, and meetings.
• Assist with scenic construction, painting, and props.
• Operate stage lighting and sound systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical theatre and theatrical construction.
• Experience with heavy-duty shop and woodworking equipment.
• Experience with sound and lighting equipment.
• Knowledge of computer systems, including stage lighting, sound systems, video playback, rigging, and shop tools.
