Better Buzz Coffee is seeking Baristas in Mira Mesa! Join the team and help create a BUZZ that is felt, seen, heard & remembered. We inspire our guests to rise early, dream big & have fun!
Pay: $17.85 + generous tips that historically average around $5 extra per hour.
We offer a flexible schedule, aiming for our baristas to work 25 hours per week.
Our locations are high volume, vibrant, busy places. If a line out the door doesn’t scare you, then our Barista job might be a good match. Multi-tasking is key in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly service with a community approach
- Be knowledgeable about coffee, food, and products
- Prepare and serve beverages and food according to standards
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and stock work
- Maintain a clean, inviting environment
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of retail or fast-paced food service experience (preferred)
- Experience with coffee and drive-thru (preferred)
- Guest-focused, solution-oriented, team player
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
