Overview

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Pasadena, TX. This is a 4 months contract role (with high possibility of extension) offering a great opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic environment.

Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $22.50/hr

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $19 - 22.50/hour (Based on years of experience)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervisor direction.
• Collect and process forensic and clinical specimens following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and confirm labeling of all specimens in patient’s presence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Provide superior customer service by building trust and confidence with patients.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Adhere to company policies, dress code, and safety guidelines.
• Travel and provide coverage at multiple Patient Service Centers or in-office locations, as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 2–3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
