Step into a world of excitement and unparalleled service as you lead the team in delighting our esteemed guests. Your role is to provide exceptional hospitality service and ensure a seamless lounge experience, elevating the journey of every passenger.

FULL TIME: $15/hr WEEKLY PAY. SHIFT: MORNINGS MON-FRI 5AM-1PM.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, mixes and serves alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, and creates drink recipes with appropriate garnishes.
• Checks identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons; maintain a neat and sanitary bar area.
• Prepare and/or sell food items as needed; may stock bar with beer, wine, liquor and related supplies.
• Record all sales, operate a cash/credit card/electronic payment register, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• May take inventory and review stock; attend allergy and foodborne illness in-service training; comply with HACCP policies.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training; may perform other duties as assigned.

Experience / Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years related experience.
• Must be able to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly.

Skills / Aptitude

• Present oneself in a highly professional manner; honesty and ethics are essential.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional communication with coworkers and guests.
• Ability to use a computer; listen to customers’ orders and make menu recommendations.
• Converse with customers to create a friendly and welcoming environment at the bar.

Physical Requirements

• Vision requirements; ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours); reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 pounds (occasionally 40 pounds).

Working Conditions

• Indoor setting with varying schedules including evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
• Controlled environment with potential exposure to heat/cold during outside activities; moderate to loud noise levels.
