Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the office and operations teams, ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient communication, and proper documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses to clients and staff.
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support business operations.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
