Cambridge Homes is a leader in the custom home construction industry, and is looking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Administrative Assistant to join our team. Location: Northville, MI.
Responsibilities
- Manage client billing and invoices.
- Process payroll.
- Process payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Track job costs.
- Monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist with contract preparation.
- Answer phones, handle filing, and perform various administrative tasks as requested.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Take and follow directions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Identify and address issues.
Skills / Qualifications
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and bookkeeping practices.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is helpful, but not necessary.
