Responsibilities
Manages, provides oversight, and expertise in Medical Logistics Programs (Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), PIG Packs, AMALS, FOP and clinical consumables) in support of the Senior Medical Officer.
Manage and coordinate Casualty Evacuation and Transport Kits (CASEVAC) equipment inventory, refresh and replacement across all SEAL Teams liaison among higher echelons of program support.
Monitor medications available to Medical Officers, SEAL medics, Independent Duty Corpsman (IDC), Dive Med Technicians and Field Medical Corpsman, build Authorized Medical Allowance List (AMAL) kits, maintain files, and generate reports for the Commanding Officer.
Communicates assignments, projects, milestones, and program deadlines to individual team members for completion.
Function as a requestor for all medical open purchase materials.
Must be HIPAA compliant.
Minimum of two years' experience with a vast inventory of pharmaceuticals, surgical equipment, SWALIS/DPAS programs, BIZFLOW, NSW Special information fast tracker (SWIFT), ECAT, SAVIE and other inventory database systems.
Must be able to lift supplies and equipment weighing up to 85 lbs.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
