Clearance Type: Secret Manage, oversee, and provide expertise in Medical Logistics Programs (Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), PIG Packs, AMALS, FOP, and clinical consumables) in support of the Senior Medical Officer. Coordinate Casualty Evacuation and Transport Kits (CASEVAC) equipment inventory, refresh, and replacement across all SEAL Teams, liaising among higher echelons of program support. Monitor medications available to Medical Officers, SEAL medics, Independent Duty Corpsman (IDC), Dive Med Technicians, and Field Medical Corpsman; build Authorized Medical Allowance List (AMAL) kits; maintain files; and generate reports for the Commanding Officer. Communicate assignments, projects, milestones, and program deadlines to team members for completion. Serve as a requestor for all medical open purchase materials. Must be HIPAA compliant. Minimum of two years' experience with pharmaceuticals, surgical equipment, SWALIS/DPAS programs, BIZFLOW, NSW Special information fast tracker (SWIFT), ECAT, SAVIE, and other inventory database systems. Ability to lift supplies and equipment weighing up to 85 lbs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Seniority level
