Job Description:
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of Marketing Cloud solutions to support business objectives and marketing strategies. The role involves architecting automated customer journeys, managing data integrations, ensuring data governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Responsibilities:
Lead the technical architecture and design of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Develop scalable data models and define integration strategies with external systems. Ensure data quality and governance within Marketing Cloud. Architect and guide the implementation of automated customer journeys, campaigns, prospect management, and segmentation strategies using Journey Builder and Content Builder. Design and oversee integrations between Marketing Cloud, other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud), and third-party platforms using APIs and other methods. Collaborate with marketing, data, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Monitor and optimize platform performance, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with industry best practices. Required Skills:
Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools: Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Personalization. Experience with data model design, data integration strategies, and working with APIs (REST, SOAP). Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders. Ability to translate business requirements into actionable, scalable technical solutions. Experience leading complex projects, driving technical vision, and managing project timelines and budgets. Certifications Preferred:
