Overview
The DNS team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud experience to develop/modify transactional email/push/SMS/Letter templates, implement personalization variables (AMPScript basics), validate Data Extension mappings, and support journey/triggered send configuration, testing, and monitoring. SMS/Push exposure and comfort reading simple API specs are nice-to-have. This role involves coordinating across teams to ensure backend templates align with business workflows, analyzing systems and data, and implementing technology solutions that enhance business processes.
Responsibilities
Develop/modify transactional email, push, SMS, and Letter templates using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud.

Strong cross-team collaboration and analytical skills to align templates with business workflows.
