Essential Functions 60% –
Procurement processing Purchasing requisitions in Financial Management System (FMS), Purchase Orders, Travel Authorization (TA) tracking, and invoicing; procurement card (ProCard) purchasing and reconciliation; internal departmental purchase and asset management tracking. 15% –
Contract and vendor management Managing contracts and relationships with vendors, including contract processing through the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and coordinating security and legal reviews as necessary. 15% –
Departmental Coordination Coordination of departmental meetings and events, as well as meetings with external college and district partners. 10% –
Administrative duties College, district, and departmental administration duties, including coordinating meetings for training performance success, etc., to fulfill other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Associate\'s Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of administrative office support or related experience providing a wide variety of secretarial, administrative office support, and/or administrative coordination activities. OR An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as described above, sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job, such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered. Desired Qualifications
At least one (1) year of experience in full cycle purchasing and procurement in an educational or governmental organization At least one (1) year of experience with vendor relationship management and contract lifecycles At least one (1) year of experience preparing, updating, maintaining, and distributing reports and purchasing documentation, or a similar Financial Management system At least one (1) year of experience scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating activities and resources in support of meetings, events, or services with a similar project management and or scheduling system Excellent written communication skills with internal and external parties, as demonstrated in cover letter At least one (1) year of experience demonstrated ability to organize, update, and maintain clear and accurate records, files, and documentation Special Working Conditions

Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
