Responsibilities Drive Strategy & Growth
Execute sales strategies that deliver on brand and financial goals
Identify growth opportunities with current accounts and prospect for new partners
Build seasonal line plans tailored to each account keeping sales and margin objectives in mind
Monitor market trends and competitor activity; share insights to inform business decisions
Deliver Operational Excellence
Manage day-to-day wholesale operations: orders, deliveries, issue resolution
Review weekly selling, inventory, and order flow; recommend actions to maximize performance
Partner with Finance, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure accurate bookings, credit, and shipping processes
Build & Manage Relationships
Maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, from buyers to store-level leadership
Represent the brand at key account meetings, market appointments, and seasonal presentations
Partner with in-store teams to uphold brand standards and visual merchandising execution
Lead & Collaborate
Mentor junior team members on sales best practices, account management, and presentations.
Contribute positively to the team dynamic, and manages up where necessary.
Work cross functionally with Design, Production, Planning, and Marketing to align on seasonal and brand initiatives
Qualifications
5+ years of wholesale sales experience in apparel or fashion; women’s contemporary preferred
Demonstrated success in growing accounts and exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical ability; confident with retail math and making data-driven decisions
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities under tight timelines
Team oriented
Advanced Excel skills required; proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook; SAP and NuOrder experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
