Develop and deliver technical training plans and materials to enhance team effectiveness Provide mentoring and support to audit team members, including orientation for new hires Assess training needs and develop evaluation procedures for training effectiveness Monitor and assess audit performance, recommending improvements as necessary Collaborate with various teams to implement new concepts and optimize audit processes Qualifications

What is Required (Qualifications): Associates Degree or equivalent relevant experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 5-7 years of relevant experience in claims auditing, quality assurance, or recovery auditing Clinical/Nursing experience in SNF, IRF, or home health settings is required Coding certification (CCS, CPC, etc.) is required and must be maintained Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes Preferred Qualifications
