Assisting with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to company-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones. Coordinating, executing and monitoring all steps surrounding a transaction (completion of project initiation forms, delivery of market surveys, site tours, RFI/RFPs, LOI, building evaluation matrixes, lease execution and transaction closeout). Coordinating field broker selection and other required resources, subject matter experts, and business partners. If necessary, facilitates review and approval of proposed team resources for the purpose of transaction execution. Drafting and creating a large variety of analyses and relevant documents, including but not limited to: project initiation, market comparable reports, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, Letters Of Intent (LOI), and broker\'s opinions of value. Coordinating the negotiation of sales through a field broker. Supports the negotiations of leases and lease amendments. Monitoring lease expirations. Negotiating lease renewals within prescribed timeline. Locating and presenting new properties to meet requirements and timeline. Understanding how to review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates including book and cash flow projections, NPV (net present value), and/or IRR (internal rate of return) financial analyses to enable clients to make more informed decisions. Working closely with Director of Real Estate, Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, Construction, Legal and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integration between the service lines. Closely tracking all transaction activity. Managing project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion for assigned transactions. Ability to resolve landlord and tenant disputes. A bachelor\'s degree in business or related field. 3+ years of new deals and/or renewal transactions experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation ability. Strong analytical ability, both financial and qualitative. Experience with MS Office Products (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint), SmartSheets. Experience conducting financial and business analysis. Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload. Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and key stakeholders. Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments. Desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and fast driven professional environment. Strong relationship skills.
