Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Location: Dallas, TX What You’ll Do

Prospect, network, and build relationships to secure new tenant representation opportunities Advise tenants on market conditions, leasing terms, and property options Partner with internal transaction and marketing teams to prepare presentations, surveys, and financial analyses Coordinate property tours and prepare RFPs, offers, and lease amendments Participate in lease negotiations and due diligence Maintain a deep understanding of Dallas market trends and legislation Represent the firm at local industry and networking events to generate new business Accurately update all client and deal data in the company’s CRM systems What We’re Looking For

A

sales-driven “hunter” mentality

with strong relationship-building skills 3+ years of outside sales experience (commercial real estate preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field Texas Real Estate Sales Agent license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Financial acumen and ability to interpret leasing and investment data Why Join
