Our client, a manufacturer operating under ITAR and Department of Defense compliance, recently went live with
Epicor Kinetic (on-premises)
in August and is seeking an experienced
Epicor Technical Functional Consultant
to support post-go-live stabilization, enhancements, and user adoption.
This role is hands‑on and will require close collaboration with internal stakeholders to refine business processes, optimize system functionality, and train end users. The ideal candidate is local to the
Puget Sound area
and able to work
on‑site
as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business users to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance Epicor Kinetic modules post go‑live.
Support the
full order‑to‑cash process , including
Sales Orders, Shipping, and Invoicing , ensuring accurate and efficient transaction flow.
Provide functional and technical expertise across
GL, Jobs, Engineering Workbench, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain .
Develop, test, and deploy
Dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, and Customizations
to improve system efficiency and usability.
Conduct
end‑user training sessions
to increase system adoption and user confidence.
Perform
data analysis and cleanup , ensuring data integrity across all functional areas.
Collaborate with IT and business leadership to document and streamline workflows and configurations.
Support change management initiatives by recommending best practices for Epicor Kinetic utilization.
Work within
ITAR/DOD‑compliant
environments and adhere to all data security and export control regulations.
Required Skills & Experience
U.S. Citizenship
is required (due to ITAR/DOD compliance).
Located in the
Puget Sound / Seattle area
and available for
on‑site
work.
5+ years of Epicor ERP experience , including recent
Epicor Kinetic (on‑prem)
implementation and support.
Strong functional and technical knowledge of Epicor modules including:
Sales Orders through Invoicing
General Ledger (GL)
Jobs
and
Manufacturing Execution
Engineering Workbench
Inventory and Purchasing
Expertise in
BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, and Customizations .
Proven ability to
train end users
and translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
Experience with
data cleanup, migration validation, and process optimization .
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting
defense or aerospace manufacturers
under ITAR/DOD compliance.
Knowledge of
C# ,
SQL , and Epicor's
ICE Framework .
Familiarity with
Epicor Administration tools
and performance tuning.
Location:

Duration:
Full‑Time, 6‑Month Contract
