POP MART is seeking a strategic and experienced

Real Estate Manager

to lead the expansion of our retail stores and ROBO SHOP vending machines across the United States. As a global pioneer in designer toy culture, POP MART is rapidly growing its physical presence, and this role is key to identifying, securing, and launching high-impact retail locations. The working location for this opportunity is onsite out of our Los Angeles, CA office. In this position, you will oversee site selection, lease negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the successful rollout of new stores and ROBO SHOPs. Your deep understanding of the U.S. commercial real estate landscape—particularly top shopping centers and business districts—will be essential in driving our expansion strategy. You’ll also build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and key stakeholders to support long-term growth. What You Will Do

Responsible for Store and Robo Shop development, including site information collection, site visits, evaluation and analysis, investment budget, and summary Complete contract modification and business negotiation to deliver new Store and Robo Shop opportunities Coordinate with various departments to complete the launch and landing of Stores and Robo Shops Build and maintain relationships with key account holders and landlords What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree or higher At least 5 years of experience in site selection and commercial real estate leasing Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of responsibility Team-oriented with a willingness to support POP MART's growth through additional special assignments In-depth knowledge of top shopping centers and major business districts across the United States What We Offer
