Job Overview We’re seeking a seasoned Rewards & Performance Expert to lead compensation strategy, incentive design, benefits framework, and HR vendor management in Los Angeles. This role ensures alignment with business goals, local regulations, and industry standards, driving talent attraction, retention, and motivation while maintaining compliance and cost-effectiveness.

What You Will Achieve

Handle front desk phone calls, guest reception, and basic inquiries

Manage the front desk environment

Oversee company office facilities, including procurement, distribution, usage registration, storage, and maintenance of office supplies

Produce employee badges/desk plates, and handle the collection, creation, and distribution of personnel information

Manage access cards, including permission entry, registration, and resolving access control issues

Assist to support office welfare activities, such as afternoon tea and festive celebrations; Assist HR in on‑boarding process for new hires

What You Will Need

Outgoing and approachable personality, professional appearance, pleasant voice, friendly demeanor, and poised conduct

Proactive, quick‑thinking, composed, detail‑oriented, lively and extroverted, with strong teamwork awareness

Excellent communication skills and basic organizational coordination abilities, with knowledge of general administrative practices and etiquette

More than 5 years of experience in administrative & front desk roles

Speaking Spanish or Mandarin is a plus‑have a good sense to prioritize and relay tasks in the right direction, create energy and a collaborative aura in the workplace
