Responsibilities What You’ll Do:
Identify and connect with real estate agents who would benefit from our coaching, leads, and success-driven culture.
Serve as an ambassador for our firm—whether through social media, networking, or personal connections.
Guide new recruits through our onboarding process and help them start strong.
Earn bonuses and long-term incentives as you grow our team!
Qualifications Who We’re Looking For:
The Social Connector
– You know everyone, love networking, and have a strong social media presence.
The Coaching-Oriented Agent
– You naturally guide and mentor others and want to see them succeed.
The Hustler Looking for More Income
– You’re ambitious, competitive, and ready to earn extra money through recruiting.
Compensation Compensation:
$35,000 per year
