Overview
Sales Manager – Coffee Brand at ODI Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic leader to launch and grow a new coffee brand in Nepal, with focus on Kathmandu Valley and Pokhara. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for the brand’s launch and growth. Ensure product availability and in-store visibility across targeted sales channels. Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners. Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to align demand generation and fulfillment. Track sales performance, gather market insights, and identify new business opportunities. Lead and manage field activation initiatives to promote brand awareness and customer engagement. Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in FMCG sales (beverage/food preferred); coffee or related FMCG given priority. Deep understanding of Nepal’s retail and distribution ecosystem. Proven ability to lead market entry and manage multi-channel sales operations. Entrepreneurial mindset, energy and resilience for startup environment. Willingness to travel and execute on-the-ground initiatives. Salary and Benefits
